The Bridge is a gentle, welcoming memory support group for anyone noticing changes in their memory, as well as those who support them.

What to Expect:

  • A calm and supportive environment

  • Opportunity to connect with others who understand

Enjoy cuppa, cake, friendship and support in an informal, drop-in setting.

No referral required – just call in.
